NorSafe customers can return purchased items, considered to be from regular stock, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Article 10(1) of Decree-Law No. 24\/2014, of 14\/02.<\/p>\r\n

To return the product, please contact NorSafe via e-mail at mailto:store@norsafe.pt<\/a> and\/or telephone number. If you contact us by e-mail, you must attach the purchase invoice. If you contact us by telephone, you must indicate the invoice number.<\/p>\r\n

We do not refund money unless the product in question is visibly damaged or has a manufacturer's defect.<\/p>\r\n

The return process involves providing\/crediting the value of the product(s) in question to be deducted from a future order on the site. That said, the value of the item(s) remains at the customer's disposal, to be spent exclusively at www.norsafe.pt<\/a>, within a maximum period of 180 days.<\/p>\r\n

In order for us to accept returns, the items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and packed in their original packaging.<\/p>\r\n

Customers are entirely responsible for the costs involved in returns (return postage and postage for new delivery).<\/p>\r\n

If the return is due to an internal NorSafe error, if the item sent does not correspond to the technical information provided to the customer or if, for any reason, the item is defective, NorSafe will be responsible for the return and reshipment costs.<\/p>\r\n

As provided by law, it is not possible to return or cancel personalized goods.
We advise you to always keep the purchase invoice as it will be required in the event of a future claim under the guarantees.<\/p>\r\n

Products marked as belonging to the Stock-off catalog are products that have been discontinued for more than 1 year, or exhibition products, justifying their reduced price, and are considered exceptional as far as the guarantee is concerned, not falling under the above.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
